At Seagrape Apothecary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical rituals. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
